New development alerts: Muse Honolulu and update for Kuilei Place

I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving surrounded by friends and family. As we approach the end of the year, I wanted to share a brief update on some exciting new developments taking place on Oahu.


Muse Honolulu



Situated at 1538 Kapiolani, Muse Honolulu is set to be a vibrant addition to the Ala Moana corridor. Developed by JL Capital, known for their success with the Sky Ala Moana project, which includes the Renaissance Hotel, Muse Honolulu will feature an estimated 311 residential units ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments. The development may also offer two-story lofts and urban flats with soaring ceilings. Stay tuned for more details on this exciting new opportunity!


Kuilei Place update



Kuilei Place is nearing the end of its sales, with limited inventory remaining. All one-bedroom units have been sold out. However, there are still a few two-bedroom units available on the 3rd to 6th floors, priced between $947,800 and $986,500. Additionally, three-bedroom units are available on the 4th to 7th floors, ranging from $1,081,000 to $1,135,800. The HHFDC residences, designated for reserved housing, also have availability, but buyers must meet income qualifications to purchase. Prices for the one-bedroom units are in the low $500,000s, while the two-bedroom units are priced between the low $600,000s and low $800,000s.
